Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Integrity Ltd. ("we", "us") processes personal data collected through the BoronDNS beta tester program.
What we collect
When you apply for beta access we store your full name and email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your organization and your motivation for testing. We also record when you accepted this notice, whether you confirmed your email address, and the state of your application.
If your application is approved, we additionally keep a record of the beta builds you download, tied to your tester account.
Why we collect it
We use this data only to run the beta program: to verify your email address, review your application, notify you of the decision, provide you with download access, and respond if you contact us about your application. You will receive at most three kinds of email from the system: a confirmation email, a decision/welcome email, and — internally — a notification to our staff.
How long we keep it
Applications that are rejected, or that expire because the email address was never confirmed, are anonymized automatically after 90 days. Data of approved beta testers is kept for as long as the beta program runs, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you at any time by emailing privacy@integrity.hu. We will act on deletion requests without undue delay, and every erasure is recorded in an audit log that contains no personal data.
Who can see it
Application and tester data is only accessible to Integrity Ltd. staff working on the BoronDNS beta. We do not sell or share it with third parties.
